On request, some severe weather icons for you!

Since at least the Very Hot and Hail icons are based off of the current GNOME theme (and the Wind+Rain icons contain small pieces of existing icons), this set is released under GPLv2. I'm no expert on licensing, so if I need to do more for this, I will.

These icons are created at 48x48, with SVGs included as always.
